Power your life with the easiest daily routine

Last Updated on October 30, 2024 by Tejaswini

There is a oft repeated question for a simple daily routine which householders can easily perform for improving the energy in their lives. Householders are required to follow the Vedpurva karmakaand which includes activities of various types repeated daily – Nitya karma. Some activities are repeated occasionally – Naimittik karma. And some are linked to fulfilling desires – Kamya karma. But doing all this in the current time may not be very feasible, given the time constraints of the modern world. So here is the simplest routine for busy householders who have to balance home, office etc and still work for their spiritual goals.

I have detailed it as a morning, midday, evening and night routine.

www.psychologicallyastrology.com

First is the morning routine

1. Wake up before sunrise and get fresh. You are required to be alert for about 10mins around the exact sunrise time.

2. At the exact sunrise you should be on your Asan or at least in front of your household deity. Light the oil or ghee lamp. Recite Om three times. Do your personal mantra given by your Guru or the Gayatri mantra or any mantra /Sukta of your choice in your mind. Do this once or three times. (I have given a small list of easy mantra at the end of this post). This will take 1 min.

The objective is to link this one life – mantra with the power of the rising Sun. You will use this mantra to channelise your Mind. So this mantra needs to be powered. (Ideally this is the time for the Morning Agnihotra. But not all of us may have access to the materials needed for this. Thus this simplification)

3. Then go out in the balcony or window which faces East and offer Arghya to the newly risen Sun. For this you will take some water in your cupped palms. Then raise your cupped palms with the water and let the water it flow out from your fingers towards the Sun. Say ‘Om Shri Suryaya namah’ three times in your mind as you give the Arghya water to the Sun. This will take 1 min. If you cannot see the rising Sun from your house then face East and visualise the golden disc of the Sun in your mind as you do this. (Personally, the rising Sun is not visible from my house. I live in the mountains, and I get to see the actual Sun only after 9am or so.)

The objective here is to channelise the emotional Mind – Manas and thus allow the intelligent Mind – Buddhi to rise.

4. Then if you are physically fit do the Surya namaskar, 3 repeats. If you are physically unfit, then do not force your body. Do pranayam eg Anulom Vilom for 12 breaths. This will take 2 mins.

When doing the Yogasan/ pranayam remember that you have to mentally recite Soham with your breathing. In your mind – recite So as you inhale and Hum as you exhale. This enhances the power of the Yogasan/ pranayam. Here we are using the Ajapa mantra /Soham and the power of the rising Sun to energise all the nadis/ energy channels in the body.

5. Then do the basic puja of your household deities. This means you have to offer vermillion, turmeric, saffron, unbroken rice grains, sandalwood powder, flowers, fruits, bael leaves, darbh grass, Tulasi leaf, bhang leaves, etc as per whatever is available. Light an oil/ ghee lamp, incense sticks etc. Light camphor and do Arti. Ring the bell, blow a conch, whatever is available. Intend for a auspicious day for everyone and add any other intention which you feel. Offer some sugar crystals to the deity and then distribute these to your family as prasad. All this will take max 5 mins. If you do not have any of these items then just a simple heartfelt namaskar to the source of your faith is also fine. The objective is to show your dedication to your deity, your source of faith, this helps you remain mindful of this power.

This is the simplest morning routine and will take about 10mins. Do it with full intention and full focus. This is the bare minimum ritualistic puja which will still help you derive the same energy as extensive and long pujas.

After this you should have your breakfast and go to the office etc.

But if you are already at work or travelling at this time then wherever you are, take a 2 min break, think of your adored deity, or Bhagwan Surya. Visualise his power energising you. Mentally recite the same Om and mantra combination. And if this is not possible then at least do Soham three times with your three breaths.

Second – the Midday routine –

At midday, you will be at your work place. So if possible, take a 2 min break, sit silently on your chair, close your eyes. Think of your adored deity or think of the Bhagwan Surya, the Sun glowing in the skies. Visualise his energy surrounding you. As if you are in a golden glowy energy ball and your deity is giving you blessings. And this is energising you from the inside out. Recite your chosen mantra, the same one which you had recited at sunrise, once or three times.

If you cannot take a 2 min break, then do Soham consciously in sync with your breath. At least three breaths, with 3 times Soham recited mentally with the full intention of linking yourself to your source of faith. You can do this as you are doing your work.

The objective is to be aware of the midday energy. The Sun is at the Zenith. It is the Abhijit muhurt and he is at his highest power. Open up this mantra channel to connect with him at this time. Thus be in sync with his power.

Third – the Evening routine

1. If you are at home then –

At the exact sunset try to be on your Asan in front of your household deity, light the lamp and recite Om and your mantra once/ thrice exactly as you did at the sunrise time. (Ideally this is the time for the Evening Agnihotra. But not all of us may have access to the materials needed for this. Thus this simplification)

Then go to the balcony and keep an incense stick in front of the Tulasi plant. All followers of Sanatan Dharma are required to keep this living energy in their homes. If you do not have a Tulasi plant then light an incense stick such that the aroma is around your front door.

Then go to the household puja altar and do the evening camphor Arti of your household deity. Or at least a heartfelt namaskar. Offer some sugar crystals to the deity as naivedyam and distribute them to the family as prasad. The intention is general  auspiciousness for everyone and any other intention you wish to power.

This evening routine will take max10 mins of your time.

2. If you are in the office or travelling at this time then – Wherever you are, in office or in the train do the exact same thing which you had done at midday. Take a 2 min break, think of your adored deity, or Bhagwan Surya. Visualise his power around you energising you. Mentally recite the same Om and mantra combination. And if this is not possible then do Soham three times with your three breaths.

One additional intention at sunset is to do a mental namaskar specifically to the Devi Laxmi. Request her to come to your home and bless you with prosperity.

The objective is to remain aware of the energies of the sunset and to channelise this intense burst of power in a useful way in your life.

www.psychologicallyastrology.com

The fourth routine is to be done at midnight.

But for most of us it is not possible to stay up so late. So do this simplification at your bedtime. As you sit on your bed, think of your adored deity. Visualise the power around you, as a very gentle and protective silvery gold cocoon. Keep your hands in the namaskar position. Request the deity for a restful sleep, in the language of your choice. Say ‘Om Shri (name of deity) namah’, three times in your mind and go to sleep. Just as a mother protects her child as it sleeps, think that your deity is protecting you as you sleep.

In case you are up till midnight and are alert and fit –

Then for about 20 mins do your Dhyan on your Asan. That is – for about10mins before and after the exact midnight. Recite your mantra mentally for as may repeats as you wish. The max is 108 repeats. This is the power of the Nishita muhurta, this is the most powerful time of the day. The Sun is at the nadir. He is illuminating the foundation, the source, the roots, the origin. Any practice at this time gives the highest results. My personal recommendation is as always – Soham, mentally recite – Sooo – with the inhaled breath, Hummm – with the exhaled breath.

This is a simplified daily routine and it generates so much energy that your lethargy, inertia, animal like nature will be reduced to the bare minimum. The simplest indication of this is that your mind will rebound back to its stable position very easily. You will be able to handle all emotional turmoil with ease. Your intelligence will be sharpened and you will live your life with a greater confidence. This is a highly abbreviated form of the daily practice, yet it has the potential to generate immense power if you do it sincerely. Do this simple daily routine for 21days at least and then evaluate for yourself.

Some mantra which you can choose for this routine. – Choose only one mantra and go with it. Like it is said, – dig one well but dig it deep.

  1. Gayatri mantra – Om Bhuh Bhuvah Swah, Om tat savitur varenyam. Bhargo devasya dhemahi. Dheeyo yonah prachodayat.
  2. Mahamrutyunjai mantra – Om tryambakam yajamahe. Sugandhim pushtivardhanam, uruvarukam iva bandhanat, mryutyor mukshiya maam amrutat.
  3. Devi Laxmi mantra – “Om Shreem Hreem Shreem Kamale Kamalalaye praseeda praseeda. Om Shreem Hreem Shreem. Mahalaxmyai namah”
  4. The simplest Namaskar mantra – in the format ‘Om Shri – name of the deity – Namah’. Eg Om Shri Sarasvatyaii namah
  5. The standard mantra – ‘Om Namah Shivaya’, or ‘Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya’, or ‘Om Namo Narayanaya’.
  6. The Shri Sukta. It has 16 Rks/ verses. Or any sukta from the Ved.
  7. The fundamental Ajapa mantra – Soham. Mentally recite So as you inhale and hummm as you exhale with your breath.
  8. The Maheshwar Sutrani/ Shiv Sutrani, which are the real source of power.
  9. The only condition is that mantra you choose must be from the Ved and thus compulsorily must be in Sanskrit.

This minimal routine will give immense results if done daily with full sincerity. Do much as you comfortably can, but on a daily basis. Do not take up so much that it becomes a burden. The bare minimum is awareness of the time – sunrise, midday, sunset, bedtime/midnight and 3 breaths + Soham. Do this bare minimum but do it daily 4 times a day.

Remember that the most important times in a day are sunrise, sunset, midday and midnight. There is such in intense burst of energy in these four times, that whatever you do or intend now is bound to manifest. These are the 4 ‘magic’ times when the Universe is saying ‘tathaastu’, ‘So Be It’. And each one of us must do some energy practice at this time, it is essential.

I emphasise on a daily routine in all my posts and answers to comments. This routine holds your life together, it is the energy backbone of your life, it is compulsory, no options here. Just sitting like a lump, expecting the Universe to help you is not logical. The beauty of Sanatan Dharma is that you have the complete freedom to choose your own Guru, your method of doing sadhana and making your life choices. But this freedom is founded on the Ved, and as householders, you and me, we have to do our karma, follow Vedpurva, ie do our practice daily.

Thank you for this. Simple and powerful.

Personally, I have found it hard to stay up till midnight during the weekdays, but let me give the midnight too a try on weekends at the very least.

The few times I have stayed up till that time, I sense there is a different energy, the quiet and darkness is beautiful if its own way .

      Hi there
exact sunrise, sunset, midday and midnight as per the city you are living in.

that is why i wrote in some post when i once visited St Petersberg and Stockholm for some work. the twilight seemed to go on and on. the Sun was on the horizon for so long. it was an absolute burst of energy which went on for so long.
the people living here are very lucky to have these long twilight/ sandhya periods, if they know how use the energy.

Hi Tejaswin! I do my breathing mantra with Ham on the inbreath and Sa on the outbreath according to Vijnana Bhairava verse 155. Is that wrong because you always say so in and ham out. What is the difference between Hamsa and Soham anyway and is one better than the other? It is a bit confusing. Thanks Jo

    1. astrologerbydefault Avatar

      Hi there

the VBT book that i have gives this line – “This verse is found only in some versions of Vijnana Bhairava; hence it is given as 155b)”

But this verse is actually from the Niruttar tantra, where it is discussed in detail.

      it is –
      ‘hakaarena bahiryate sakaarena vishet punah.
hansa iti param mantram jeevo japati sarvada. — and then it continues

SHat-shatani divaa raatrau sastraaNyek – vimshati
Etat sankhyaayatam mantram jeevo japati sarvada

ajapaa naam Gaayatri yoginam moksh daayani
ajapaa cha dvidha proktaa vyaktaa guptaa rhumena tu —-

(i have tried to type the shloks using english letters.)

i have written a few posts on Soham in my blog

      in brief
the Sa represents Devi = the manifested creation, individual souls you and me and everyone and everything around you which is sensed

the Ha represents the Shiva/ Parameshwar/ Anirvachaniya /Parabrahma / Advaita – the non dual intelligence, awareness, consciousness, Existence
Ha is also the aparaa visarga

in any case we are required to be conscious of the inhalation, the exhalation and the two pauses / kumbhak between. this is the point of stillness, the ‘limit’ the sandhyaa, which is to be pierced.

ultimately you have to choose your own path.

Hi! Unrelated to this article but It was recently recommended to me that I do yoni mudra to help with menstrual/fertility issues that I am having. I noted that there is a post in the index for this but it is locked. Is it possible to obtain access? And if not, are there any precautions or guidelines (timings, do we do any mantras as we are doing it, etc. many thanks!

    1. astrologerbydefault Avatar

      Hi there
i have written a post on yonimudra. and it needs a password. this one is practiced only once a day and only for one breath. and only after doing the dhyan in a specific manner.
it has nothing to do with the menstrual cycle.

there are at least 2 mudras which are called yonimudra.

if i am correct, the one you are practicing is made by intertwining the middle, ring and little fingers. and touching the tips of the forefinger and thumb of both the hands. the tip made by the forefingers points downwards/ outwards from you.
it is a very very useful mudra and again not just for the reproductive system.
it is used to deal with weakness of every sort. eg if you feel a lack of confidence or if you are unable to grasp a topic in school or if you are physically tired out. it will work for everything.
use it with full confidence anytime you want to.
i use it whenever i have time or am travelling or in a meeting. rather than playing with the mobile, use the fingers to create mudras . it is a more effective way of utilising the time. use it as you are lying in bed before you drop off to sleep. there are really no restrictions for this.

i recommend soham – it goes on with the breath unconsciously so the only extra work is to convert it to the conscious. it is the easiest and simplest and yet the most effective.
the easiest remedy which does not feel like a burden is the best

but if you are having issues with the reproductive system, do consult a medical professional.
if the issue has percolated into the material level then it needs a material level treatment which a medical professional should be able to provide.

Thank you for one more wonderful post dear Tejaswini, do the Shastras say anything about interracial marriage supposing the astrological charts match? Is there any problem with interracial marriage other than miscegnation?

    1. astrologerbydefault Avatar

      Hi there
I will use the word multicultural not multiracial.

‘Race’ is a word rooted in the blackest part of recent history where the few colonial nations destroyed several other nations purely on the notion on the color of the skin. More than 1 billion people died in horrible ways because of these few nations.
And there is nothing called ‘miscegnation’. This word is also a remnant of this blackest part of history.

As per Dharma, there are 8 types of marriages.

A young man/woman can marry whoever they please. There are no restrictions on this essential freedom.

Also the young women have an additional freedom.
In the past, if her parents could not find her a suitable husband within 3yrs of puberty (earlier this was at 16-17yrs of age, now it has become 11yrs because of the hormones in our food), then she could marry anyone of her own choice. If the parents wanted her to marry someone as per their choice then they had 3yrs.

The Kings held swayamwars for their daughters. The young women, princesses, could choose to marry anyone they liked.

We in Bharat, never had any problems with young men/women choosing their life partners.

      Examples from our history
Shri Krishna had 8 wives from different regions one of them was Jambavanti who was a Kimpurush.
Pandu from Haryana married Maadri from current Pakistan and his brother Dhritarashtra married Gaandhari from Afghanistan
Pandav Arjun married Draupadi – Bihar, Subhadra – Mathura (son Abhimanyu), Uloopi – Nagaland, Chitrangada – Manipur (son Babruvahan).
Babruvahan became the king of Manipur and a great warrior.
Bhim married Hidambaa – Rakshas. Their son Ghatotkach was a hero, one of the most famous and powerful kings of that time.
Read the Mahabharat, the history of this nation. It is also called the Pancham Ved. It has so very many examples of cross cultural marriages.

It is these colonial nations and their narrow minded views which has influenced the current world. Even the concept of dowry is from these nations. We in ancient and medieval Bharat never paid the sons in law for marrying our daughters. This despicable practice originally came from Europe.

In a multi cultural marriage the only issue would be adjusting to the cultural context of the spouse. That would depend on on the couple’s mutual affection and willingness to adapt and adjust. this can be seen from the horoscopes.

and both patriarchal and matriarchal systems exist.
Eg Babruvahan followed the matriarchal system of his mother as the king of Manipur. And Abhimanyu followed his father, his son Parikshit became the king of Hastinapur.

Sanatan dharma has a very broad world vision.
Everyone acts as per their karmic schedule. And marriage is one of the biggest karmic milestones in life. Best is to not interfere in other’s karma.

        Hi there
        thanks 🙂
i have written so much in the comments sections. there are over 4000 questions and 4000 answers on this blog in addition to the 700+ posts
but the thing is that i am not writing anything new.

history is always whitewashed by the victors. the first thing that the invaders do is to destroy the teaching / learning systems and kill the teachers of the nations they invade. if they are successful at this then this makes the ‘invadees’ rootless. then its easy to destroy them.
and invasions will always continue. either the vicious armed ones or the soft insidious ones. . and wars are on 4 levels – the invaders target the human resource/production systems, or the trading systems, or the ruling systems or the teaching systems..

read history dispassionately. see what your intellect comes up with.

and learn Sanskrit. without this nothing is possible.

Hi Mam, excuse me if my questions are naive or offensive in anyway, not my intention, My intention is to learn and do what’s right.
I understand the word “race” has a lot of negative connotations, but could not think of any other alternative that would convey what I wanted to ask. Perhaps I shall use the word ethnicity.
        1. If it’s legally allowed, since Krishna had multiple wives, is it okay for us to do it or is it reserved for the gods?
        2. The case against cross ethnicity marriages is that , generations down the line, the unique aspects of both ethnicity disappears, with all due respects mam, the examples you have provided of historical marriages are not cross ethnicity since all these regions fall into Akhand Bharath, or I have failed to understand your example. When I say cross ethnicity, I mean like, excuse the crude example (A typical person from China and a typical Person from Denmark marrying each other, this line would see the pffsprings resembling neither of the parents, down the line),

      4. astrologerbydefault Avatar

        Hi there
read what i have written. Kimpurush, Rakshas etc are not Manushya. They are a different class of beings.

Shri Krishna was not a ‘god’. He was a human, a Kshatriya. Today we revere him as a ‘god’.
He was an avtar of Bhagwan Vishnu. Avtar is a different category of existence. But for practical purposes, societal norms etc he was a human.

people marry multiple times even today. some religions allow it. some cultures allow it. some legal systems allow it. both polygamy and polyandry is practiced.
and some have multiple spouses but hide the fact.
and all legal systems allow multiple marriages with the condition that you have to divorce one spouse before marrying the next.

so what, if the children do not resemble the parents?
A Chitrangada from Manipur marries a Arjun from Haryana and a Babruvahan is born. so what? Does it matter how he looked like or does it matter how he ruled the kingdom?

Come out of these superficial things.

2000yrs ago, one princess Suriratna, from Ayodhya went to Korea and married the King Kim Suro there, she was named Queen Heo Hwang-ok there.

It does not matter as long as the person understands his/her dharma after marriage and acts in the right way.

    Dear Tejaswiniji,

Thank you so much for this, I read it a while back and it had influenced my plans for upcoming months.

I have a few questions since even your suggested routine is a bit much, but it’s slightly more than the bare minimum you recommended. Even I do not want to ‘feel a burden’, but also wish to do something that will be useful.

If I may ask my queries split by the 4 times of the day, and especially since I realized having combust Venus -(Shukra-Surya Unit!) – there is roughly a month left for the current Venus combustion you had written about.

I really hope for some feedback to say my plan is good to go, or some adjustment needed.

    SUNRISE

Sunrise in the UK is too early especially since Sunset is too late, and I’m a night owl! I will keep this in mind for future, but for now what I’m doing and am asking about its continuation is this, after waking up in morning:

    – Shower
    – Light Diya
    – Sri Suktam
    – Sadhana

    AFTERNOON

    – Plan to simply remember the moment and do Navgraha chant of that day’s planet

    – and Surya Namaskar! it is a bit tricky though, I’ve watched your video recommendation and hope the stretching improves over time.

    SUNSET

    – Shower
    -Sri Suktam
    – Meditation

    MIDNIGHT

Now the night owl thing might come in useful! I can remember this moment and make it part of my June sadhana.

My main thing here, due to the influences I’d mentioned and my own chart.

Isn’t midnight actually Daityaguru’s time as the Noon is with Surya?

Sun is illuminating the roots, at its nadir, so my own foundations (Lagna) – is being nourished – whilst its own zenith?

Golden, Green, Glowing, roots by these two celestial forces.

Here at midnight 10 minutes before and 10 mins after roughly I plan to do:

    108x Shukra Beej mantra

Then thanks to Devi 🙂 as I go to sleep (ideally!) in her embrace.

    Thank you so much,

    Rishi

      Hi there
do the surya namaskar in the morning not afternoon. if you cannot do it then do pranayam. pujas should never be a burden. if you are not happy while worshipping your source of faith, do you think you will get positive results?
do only that much which you can realistically do, and continue for every single day of your life.

midnight belongs to Bhagwan Shankar, midday belongs to Bhagwan Vishnu.

if you cannot do anything at all, and there are people who cannot coz very busy life /schedule.
then at least 3 breaths with 3 Soham at sunrise, sunset, midday and midnight/bedtime with pure intention is also ok. it will work.
there cannot be anything more simple than this 🙂

choose your own schedule, but use these 4 times in a day.

    Thank you 🙂

So I take it the key is to ‘notice’ the 4 moments and at the very least ty and do 3 breaths with Soham – and therefore anything else like japa, meditation, pooja, sadhana are an extra benefit.

So I will do something along these lines in the coming month.

As for Dana to be given at the end, there are no ‘specialist’ mandirs really here – certainly no Navgraha ones. Would the plan be to just get the relevant cloth and donate that along with fruits, coconut, money to any decent mandir where Hindus generally go to?

      Hi there
if you have managed to keep the photos despite a space issue then it is appreciable.
if you are ok with it then go ahead. i am sure your deity understands the issues.

Hi Mam, I have to clarify that, I’m all for cross ethnic marriages, I ask for these reasons.
    1. Our Rshis, did place injunctions on marriage, they warned us against same gotra marriages, similarly common sense and science (to an extent) say the gene pool of the two cross ethnicity will eventually get warped.
    2. We are who we are thanks to our ancestors, thus our genes were passed on from generations to generations, cross ethnic marriages would warp these genes right?

Could you please shed some light on this? On one hand we have gotra restrictions but on the other you say cross ethic marriages is okay, this seems contradictory to me.

      Hi there

      1. Gotra is a different concept. It also involves an energy component.
      https://psychologicallyastrology.com/2023/02/24/gotra-the-genetic-link/
Each human has a gotra, even if most have forgotten it. Each one of us is all linked to one specific Maharishi, if we choose to acknowledge the connection.

And our Rishis did not approve marriages in close family groups. This is not acceptable as per genetics and also common sense even now.

Your question is regarding cross cultural marriages.
They did not prohibit marriages across cultural groups. eg all the Kings, married princesses from very diverse kingdoms for political reasons. And their guides/ Rishis officiated these marriages. And once the king + princesses of different nations got married, the common people of these two nations also must have intermarried. We never had any problem with this.

There are 8 types of marriages in our society. And even the 3 ‘lowest’ types where the woman does not give her consent are still considered as a marriage, ie the children are accepted in the society.

And as far as science goes, an offspring from two very different gene pools is always more vigorous. It’s called ‘hybrid vigour’ in genetics.

The entire human species has one gene pool.

Do not make it a ‘ethnic gene pool’. this is the same mindset which lead to the painful untimely deaths of over 1billion people, over the past 400yrs. This illogical thought that ‘ethic gene pools’ need to be kept separate has led to so much pain.
This is against common sense, science and our ancient Rishis did not approve of this.

      2. No. This is illogical thinking.

Gotra is the opposite of cross cultural marriages.

In genetic terms, Gotra system prevents inbreeding depression and promotes hybrid vigour.

        Hi Mam,
I agree and understand the point about Gotra,

There is one human gene pool, but morphological differences between different ethnicity exist.
The problem is people trying to rank one ethnicity as better than the other which is the root cause off all the problems of the last 400 years and not the actual differences itself.
A child would want to look like his/her parents and this is more probable with the same ethnic marriages and not cross ethnic marriages.

Hybrid vigor are seen in different species of plants and animals, but aren’t humans the same species , so there should be no hybrid vigor right?

Mam I read somewhere that when the entire world followed one culture of Sanatana Dharma there was only one ethnicity, and the phenomenon of different ethnicity is a recent happening, I’m not sure if this is true, but it seems plausible.

        Hi there
these ‘morphological differences’ have never been an issue in Sanatan Dharma. our Rishis never had any problems with it.
and frankly no one even now has a problem with it, except those who purposely misinterpret things to suit their agenda, ie those who think that they are superior and others are inferior.

these ‘morphological differences’ do not matter in the least. they never do.

Sanatan Dharma gives weightage to your Actions, your Intentions, your Mind, your Intellect and is not bothered about how you look!

also more than how a child looks like, it is more important – how he behaves / the Sanskars which the parents have given him/her

come out of this obsession with looks.

why do you assume that a child wants to look like his/ her parents?

and why do you assume that a ‘child’ has to be only biological?
there are several ways in which one can get a child, eg adoption, and adoption is in practice since ancient times.

the highest level of ‘child’ is the shishya of a Guru.
he/she is a child of the Guru and becomes one by taking on the sanskars which the Guru gives.
        not biological.

and how can there be only one culture, ever?
even as per Dharma there were initially 7 progenitor Rishis and then even more with time.

dharma is one, but cultures will be infinite, and that is the beauty of it.

you have no understanding of genetics and the concepts/ terms used in genetics.

you seem to be obsessed with physical looks. btw your body has 7 layers, and you are stuck in the lowest level ie the annamaykosh.

this interaction has no purpose. i will not answer questions on this anymore.
