Our Earth is not just a ball of water and rock moving through space, it is a conscious entity of energy and has its own secrets. Ley lines is one of its secrets, and we are learning a bit about them now. But Cats however are the strangest mystery of them all!

I once had a client who was complaining of ill-health after shifting into a new house. So I went over to see this house. The house was built as per Vastu shastra and was quite neat and clean. Peeping into the client’s bedroom, I saw her 2 pet cats sleeping like dead on her bed. It was so strange, it was like they had actually died and were in rigour mortis. I had never seen a cat sleeping so deeply like this. My client said that these cats slept like this on her bed all the time! Creepy. So I ‘looked’ in the astral around the cats and found the answer. There was a miasma of grey energy around the cats.

Item 1 – The Cats – Cats are very strange animals, they enjoy negative energies. They can somehow relax with negative vibes around them, they seem to drink them and thrive on them. If you have a cat, maybe you would have noticed this. If your legs are aching your cat will wind itself around your legs and purr. If you have a tummy ache it will sit on your stomach and purr, can even fall in deep asleep. And it takes away the painful energy, your legs or tummy actually stops aching! And the cat seems to be quite unaffected with the negativity itself. So if you see your cats love a certain part of the house, cleanse it with sea-salt. And if you see them clinging to someone all the time, get their full body check up done.

Item 2 – The Grey Energy. It turned out to be a Ley line passing through the house. These are energy lines which criss-cross the earth. Our earth is a living dynamic entity and its energy is distributed on the crust. Ley lines are lines where the energy of the crust drastically changes. Something here alters the energy of the crust, maybe it is thinner or with water movements or specific rock types or fault lines or maybe a geographic stress area. These energies emitted are further affected by the tidal forces of the moon and sun and can get quite disturbing. A narrow strip of the line has a stressed magnetic field which is vibrating at completely different frequencies from the surrounding areas. If it is large enough it can be even sensed as a ‘haunted place’. In one study they found that the earth’s normal vibration of 7.83 Hz, goes upto a highly stressed frequency of 250Hz above a spot where an underground water channel crossed at 50-100m below ground.

We are electromagnetic in nature not biochemical. When we get in frequent contact with distorted energies our body’s electromagnetic properties suffer. This interference manifests in the physical body as a persistent illness. The energy from these ley lines can cause physical and psychological problems, like insomnia, headaches, nausea, tingling on skin, actual sickness, depression or a chronic aliment that does not get cured despite all efforts. It can get very serious if the energy of the line is strong. Having a ley line passing through your bedroom is especially dangerous as you sleep for about 8 hrs per day. This can allow latent problems or genetic potential problems to erupt as the body’s energy is in stress for so long during sleep everyday. Even offices built on ley lines can cause health problems in the employees who spend hours there.

There is not much research on Ley lines, but for those who can sense energy or work with energy they are quite visible. You can check using a dowser pendulum or if you can see auras you can make out grey-ish lines of energy criss-crossing the ground. Especially at the crossing points of two lines there is a pool of greyish energy created, which is even more dangerous for building a house. These negative energy pools can further attract negative entities, spirits, ghosts and create further problems. These can also attract people with negative mindsets so you might find more incidents of burglary in the area and you might even engage servants who steal from you.

If you have a doubt about ley lines passing through your office or house, and you cannot find someone to actually diagnose it, try changing your bedroom, or shifting the bed to another direction at least. In your office you can try shifting the desk/chair by a few feet if possible. If shifting like this is not possible there is another simple remedy. My client opted for this, keep a bunch of charged peacock feathers in a vase in this room as near to your bed as possible, it looks very pretty. On how to charge the peacock feather read it here. If you cannot charge it for some reason or unable to recite the Sanskrit mantras, then you can pray to your favourite deity or the Universal energy for help in cleaning out the energies of your room and then set up your peacock feather vase. If you want to secure your office work station you can keep a glass jar full of tumbled clear quartz crystals  or a clear quartz pyramid on your desk. Charge them with your intention of protection from negative energies. If you know Reiki or can make a chi-ball use these modalities to charge your crystals.

Some may dismiss all this energy work as superstition, but here are so many things which are beyond our limited human perceptions and intelligence. Ley lines and their effects exist and if by some unfortunate chance you have to live or work at such a place, you should protect yourself from their negative energies.
